Do you love people and like being social? Do you like schedule flexibility? Atlas Networks is seeking a Community Engagement Rep to be our brand ambassador in residential and commercial buildings we service. Design and host 1 to 3x daily coffee and pastry, wine and cheese, and other events to increase brand awareness and create advocates for our brand. Build relationships with building leasing agents, bring them their favorite coffee, and restock brochures in buildings. Meet and greet residential customers, engage them in conversation, and drive awareness of a local high-speed internet alternative to the national brands. This is a dynamic and highly social position. Share in the prosperity! This isn't just an hourly role, you will receive spiffs based on increasing the number of customers serviced in buildings.

Core Responsibilities:
  • This position requires variable work hours and is generally a Tuesday to Saturday schedule including some morning start times and some mid-day start times working into the evenings.
  • Support the Community Relationship Managers through event management.
  • Ensure our brochures remained stocked and available at all properties.
  • Design marketing activities to increase brand awareness in Atlas-serviced buildings by working with leasing managers to promote Atlas
  • Providing marketing materials to new tenants, hosting events and other creative methods.
  • Meet with residential leasing agents on a set schedule building close relationships with them. Learn their favorite coffee/drink, drop by a bottle of wine on occasion, build a relationship of trust driving Atlas to the forefront of their Internet offerings to tenants.
  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to drive a company vehicle.

This role entails many job facets, including gaining an in-depth understanding of our network, troubleshooting, technology guidance, and supporting our customers daily. Atlas Networks is seeking an Experienced Telecom Low-Voltage Installation Technician who has a positive attitude, ability to problem solve, and is highly customer service oriented. This role requires a current 06 License. A solid work ethic with an emphasis on quality workmanship and organization is also a must. This role is required to work both independently and as part a team. Candidate must be able to lift and carry upwards of 50lbs, climb ladders, and work at various heights while successfully performing job duties. This role spends time working on rooftops in occasionally adverse weather conditions. Duties include installation of low voltage wiring, network equipment in buildings and installing microwave radio equipment on rooftops. The candidate will be required to work at various job sites, both indoors and outdoors, while being exposed to various weather conditions here in the Pacific Northwest. Candidates must have the ability to pull wire, use common hand tools, terminate Ethernet/Coax cabling, and operate power tools. Fiber cabling experience a bonus. This position is full time with an excellent growth potential.

Atlas Networks is seeking a Telecom Residential Installation Technician to serve our main network of Seattle. This role would also serve our outer network of Tacoma, Auburn, Burien, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond based residential customers. Job duties will encompass customer premise equipment installation and interacting with and supporting residential customers. Duties include installation of network equipment in buildings. This position needs to be able to work cohesively with customers, property managers, and internal team members.
The focus of this position is to complete tasks consistently, carefully and systematically, in a service friendly environment. The position allows for repetitive communication and interaction with people. It requires someone who is patient, pleasant, and friendly, is a willing and sympathetic listener, a cheerful, amiable talker, and gets along easily with others. The work requires managing the details with somewhat better than average accuracy and with careful attention to the quality. The steady, methodical nature of this position requires someone who is patient and desires to finish a task without interruptions once started.
